1. About this policy
This policy explains how MedhaSaarthi (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects and uses information when you visit medhasaarthi.com, use the practice centre or contact our team. MedhaSaarthi is an independent educational initiative and is not affiliated with a government examination authority.
2. Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, exam or learning goal and message. When you take a practice quiz, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected exam, answers, score, accuracy and submission time. Technical information needed to operate and secure the website may also be processed by our hosting and service providers.
3. How we use information
- To receive and respond to questions and requests.
- To save quiz attempts and show answer reviews and learning progress.
- To maintain, secure and improve the website and question bank.
- To investigate abuse, technical problems or security incidents.
We do not ask students to submit passwords through the public practice form.
4. Service providers and storage
Website hosting and database services are provided through Vercel and Supabase. Email notifications may be processed through Resend when configured. These providers process information to provide their services under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not publish student inquiry details or individual quiz records publicly.
5. Cookies, authentication and external resources
The public website may load fonts and software libraries from third-party content delivery services. The administrator area uses Supabase Authentication to maintain a secure sign-in session. Your browser may store session-related information required for authentication. The public practice centre does not require an administrator account.
6. Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers described above or disclosed when required by applicable law or to protect the website and its users. Inquiry and quiz records are retained while they are useful for operating the service, responding to requests and maintaining learning records, subject to applicable legal requirements and reasonable deletion requests.
7. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have submitted, request correction, or request deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your request before acting on it. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal or operational reasons.
8. Children and responsible use
If you are under the age at which you can provide valid consent under local law, use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Do not submit sensitive personal information in inquiry messages or quiz fields.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website and services change. The latest version and its update date will be published on this page.
